Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, unsafe, damaged or incorrectly described goods and services will be assessed and remedied as required by law.
Physical Merchandise
- Unpaid orders may be cancelled before payment is sent or completed.
- Change-of-mind refunds or exchanges are not offered after payment.
- For a fault, damage or incorrect description, contact Starsz Stronghold through the Dashboard Inbox. Depending on the issue and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, the remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund. An account credit can be accepted instead where you prefer it, but it does not replace a refund right that applies by law.
- Legacy Edition products are previous-generation Stronghold stock. This description does not reduce consumer-guarantee rights.
Digital Wallpaper Pack
Because the wallpaper pack is a digital product, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after the files or delivery instructions have been supplied. Consumer-guarantee rights still apply if the digital product is faulty, cannot be accessed as described, or is materially different from its description.
Memberships
Membership payments are not refundable for change of mind after the membership has been activated. Contact Starsz before activation if a payment was made in error. This does not limit rights that apply under law.
Monthly Meetup and Convention Payments
If the Stronghold cancels a paid event or game, or makes a major change and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the affected member may choose an account credit or a refund. We may issue an account credit first so it is immediately available for another Monthly Meetup or Event; if you prefer a refund, contact Starsz Stronghold and request it. This does not restrict any refund right under Australian Consumer Law.
Member-requested cancellations after payment are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed, except where required by law. Where a credit is approved, it is attached to the member account and is non-transferable.
Requesting Help
Use the Help form on Stronghold Home or the Member Dashboard. Include the purchase or payment reference, the item or event, and a clear description of the issue.
Policy effective 24 July 2026. For general information about consumer guarantees, see the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
